In our sessions we examine what is going on for you right now, discovering what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to make your life be what you want it to be.
Whatever challenge life has decided to throw at you, interventions are there to open your eyes to a new way, devising and implementing strategies to get you back on track or take you to where you want to go .
WORKING WITH MEN FROM DIVERSE GROUPS
Whether you are struggling with mental health issues, your identity, or just need someone to talk to, I believe help should be accessible to everyone. I have noticed that Gay, Cis, Bisexual, and Trans men suffer from mental health issues at a disproportionately high rate and I want to help. Likewise, men from non-white backgrounds can find it challenging navigating in this complex world.
I make help accessible and provide a platform for you to get the help you need discreetly, confidentially and without judgement.
